  CAPP Expell 384 well consumables are made of a special blend of PP, designed for PCR and qPCR applications.

  The ExpellPlus 384 range of pipette tips for 384-well pipetting were developed to fit the unique CAPPAero384 range of pipettes. All tips are low retention, which means they are designed to eliminate sample retention and reduce the binding of DNA, RNA and Proteins. The range also includes a filter tip to prevent any cross-contamination due to aerosol formation and to prevent dangers from toxic, infectious, radioactive or other hazardous materials to carry over.

  The CAPPSharp 25 mL Reagent Reservoirs enable a quick liquid transfer for our pioneering line of CAPPAero384 pipettes. They are supplied in two different packaging configurations: Bulk or Individually Wrapped, Sterile. All reservoirs are DNA, RNase and Pyrogen free.

  The fully-skirted CAPP Expell 384-well PCR Plates are the ideal choice for PCR and (q)PCR applications, as they fit standard 384-well cyclers and can be used in many 384-well blocks of (q)PCR cycler models.   Rigid, flat and stackable, the Expell 384 well plates are highly transparent and ideal for applications where the optical qPCR signal is obtained through the bottom of the plate. Fully skirted, CAPP 384 well plates can be used in all standard 384 well cyclers as well as in many 384 well block (q)PCR cycler models. Expell 384 well plates are also ideal for robotic applications, enabling high-throughput and low-volume processing.Thin walled CAPP 384 well plates are specially threated to minimize the binding of proteins. DNA, DNase, RNA, RNase and Pyrogen free, CAPP 384 well plates are autoclavable and have an evaporation grade less than 3%, enabling processing PCR volumes as small as 5µl.   CAPP 0.2 ML PCR TUBES

  CAPP 0.2 mL PCR tubes are designed to fit the majority of standard PCR/qPCR thermocyclers operating with regular profile tubes.

  The 0.2 mL tubes from CAPP are 21mm high (21.8mm for ExpellPlus). All CAPP 0.2 mL PCR tubes are DNA, DNase, RNA, RNase, Pyrogen free and autoclavable. CAPP 0.2 mL PCR tubes are offered in two product lines: Expell 0.2 mL PCR tubes, which are highly recommended for labs aiming towards high quality operation and working on a restricted budget; and ExpellPlus 0.2 mL PCR tubes securing ultimate quality of the most critical applications.
  Both lines come with 0.2 mL PCR tubes as individual single tubes with caps and as strips of 8 tubes with or without caps. On the top of that 0.2 mL PCR plates are availalbe in multiple options.

Equipped with a V-shaped bottom, ExpellPlus 0.2 mL PCR tubes allow the maximum sample recovery. On the top of that, ExpellPlus 0.2 mL PCR tubes are made of high quality polypropylene and have ultra thin walls for the ultimate temperature transmission and minimal condensation. The specially polished interior of ExpellPlus 0.2 mL PCR tubes minimizes the protein adhesion.

  CAPP 0.2 mL PCR tubes are guaranteed free of PCR contaminants. Manufactured in a cleanroom facility, CAPP 0.2 mL PCR tubes are subjected to rigorous quality control to ensure they are free from common PCR contaminants such as RNA, RNases, DNA, DNases, pyrogens, and other particulate matter.

  Excellent thermal properties of CAPP 0.2 mL PCR Tubes

  The thin-walled CAPP 0.2 mL PCR tubes are made from world class polypropylene formulation and are guaranteed to provide excellent heat transfer during temperature cycling. The thin walls of each 0.2 mL PCR tube transfer heat efficiently into the reaction mix with minimum temperature impedance. As a result of the excellent heat transfer, CAPP 0.2 mL PCR tubes have some of the lowest condensation rates. The caps of CAPP 0.2 mL PCR tubes (no pun intended) also ensure a tight seal that keeps evaporation rates well below 5% (Expell) and 3% (ExpellPlus). CAPP 0.2 mL PCR tubes can be safely autoclaved without melting.

  As a bonus, Expell 0.2 mL PCR tubes are compatible with the multifunctional CAPP decapping tool. This portable accessory makes small tasks such as capping, decapping, and film scraping much easier when used with CAPP Expell 0.2 mL PCR tubes.
  A transparent polystyrene design makes it easy for operators to see what they are doing and helps improve efficiency. To minimize contamination of 0.2 mL PCR tubes, the CAPP decapping tool can be sterilized with an ethanol spray.
